Complete Kitchen Remodeling
Alicia really needed someone to guide her on this size home improvement project. This Highlands in Germantown home remodeling included tearing up old tile and replacing it with tumbled marble, tearing out the old island as well as several cabinets and counters. Replacing cabinets and island, then faux painting all of them. New granite countertops, a copper/barn style sink, custom knobs and pulls, lighting, etc.
Shower and Jacuzzi Remodel
Being single, Tim needed help. His shower wall was not built correctly (regular sheet rock, not moisture proof), and was literally falling down. The doors had oxidized and had alkaline deposits and needed replacing also. With this home improvement project, we actually wound up tearing out all the shower, surrounding tiles, rebuilding and replacing it. We then removed old carpet in the bath. Then tiled the floor. He was so happy, we did three other remodeling / home improvements for him.
Custom Arbor
This Germantown client had an existing deck that they wanted covered with an arbor. As we talked about the best way to achieve their desires, we designed an arbor with a nice lattice covering for maximum shade. Sort of an "Addition Room" feeling.
Rotten Wood/Residing/Repainting
The Wilkinson home started with just one little section of rotten wood behind a gutter. Upon closer inspection with the homeowner, we discovered a lot of areas that had rotten wood. The entire north end of the Germantown home had to be resided, as water had completely rotted out a 2" X 10" X 28' facia board. We replaced it with pressure treated wood & then resided the entire side. Finally, we repainted the entire home. This home improvement was really more of a home repair.
Collierville Landscaping Project
This Collierville landscaping project started by clearing out a small jungle. Upon clearing, the customer didn't’t want a fence, but rather some sort of a bed/small wall to separate their property from a vacant wooded lot. An additional issue we had to address was to slow and redirect water during a heavy rain.
East Memphis Deck
Jared’s deck project was a lot of fun. I was able to build a low profile deck with a simple bench. Added some simple beds (for the client to finish out). The simple yet sleek design worked well for this east Memphis home
Complete Bathroom Remodeling
Located in Townsend, TN, this bath remodel was a complete tear out. A new Jacuzzi with custom tile was done. We did all tile on 45 degrees, tub, sink area, and floors. Recess lighting, a sound system with recessed speakers were installed. The final touch was a $1500 stained glass door.
Covered Patio and Landscaping
This Collierville, home improvement / landscaping project required 80’ X 20’ of concrete with electrical wiring in it for the 6 person hot tub, lighting for the beds, a double hung iron gate. This job also included an aluminum flat top wrap around covering, a fence and wooden dug out benches. This was lot of work but a nice finished job.
Condo Remodeling
This East Memphis, Audubon View Condominiums condo was completely remodeled. We opened up some walls and completely remodeled the kitchen, the entry hall and the dining room. We also completely remodeled both baths and both bedrooms. Burber carpet was also added. The great room was finished out with a gas fireplace.
Small Bathroom Remodel
This was a small home improvement project with large improvements. We simply pulled the toilet, tore out the carpet, old tile, old mauve/shell sink and vanity of this Collierville home. Replacing it with a new marble floor and a new streamlined vanity with matching mirror.
Custom Landscaping & Columns
Our Collierville home has gone through several home improvements since we moved from the overgrown beds and the white rail front porch, to the cypress wrapped columns and cypress shutters. All new beds with cypress edging were built. Then we stained all the cypress and concrete under the wood. The cypress bed edging was replaced with a more durable, beefier pressure treated edging. The old rusted gas meter was also painted to a nice new silver look.
